KISS singer and guitarist Paul Stanley received feedback from Billy Squier about the KISStory documentary and shared his reaction on his official Twitter account.

It was rumored in early this year that KISS might release a documentary following the success of Mötley Crüe’s The Dirt and Freddie Mercury’s ‘The Bohemian Rhapsody.’ However, it wasn’t certain until April.

As the band confirmed they are releasing a documentary, KISStory, at the end of June, they also revealed that the movie will have two parts. Two days ago, KISStory viewed by the whole world and received good support from the world.

Today, Paul revealed that he got a call from Billy Squier and told him that he loved the KISStory documentary. As Paul mentioned that getting such a great message from a colleague made his day and showed how happy he is.

Paul Stanley wrote:

“So happy today to get a call from my old friend Billy Squier who wanted to say how much he loved the KISS documentary.

As we continued talking about our lives now I realized reconnecting with people from our past can be a chance to see hopefully how far we’ve come. He made my day.”
