Pink Floyd frontman David Gilmour’s wife Polly Samson posted a photo of her husband on Instagram. As seen in the post, the musician looks quite happy even though they’re in seclusion.
Polly Samson married David Gilmour in 1994 when Pink Floyd was on the Division Bell tour. Happily together ever since, they have collaborated on several Pink Floyd songs during the songwriting and lyrics. Moreover, the Pink Floyd icon also helped Polly with her novel’s audiobook, ‘A Theatre For Dreamers,’ by producing and narrating the book.
As David Gilmour does not use social media often, fans try to learn what he is up to by checking Polly’s social media accounts. So, the novelist Polly Samson has started a Gilmour family pictures series on her Instagram account at the beginning of 2021. Every day Samson shares a photo and reveals what the family members have been doing during the pandemic.
Polly has posted 251 pictures since the beginning of the year, some of which are set in the Greek island of Hydra, where the Gilmours have spent most of their quarantine days. As it appears in the 251st picture, David Gilmour is notably happy to be in seclusion in Greece. In the post, Polly wrote ‘251/365’ using the hashtag ‘something in my eye,’ and her followers are now expecting the rest of the 114 more photos until the end of the year.
Below, you can check out the photo Polly Samson posted on her Instagram, which shows David Gilmour enjoying a happy moment with their granddaughter Olinka.
