Pink Floyd‘s legendary singer and bassist Roger Waters posted the video of an interview he joined on his personal Facebook page and revealed his solution to fix each of the main issues the world had been struggling for years.

As you may know, along with his legendary music career, Roger Waters has been showing interest in the social and political issues around the world. He often touches on the unspoken subjects during the interviews he appears.

On August 29, 2020, Pink Floyd icon Roger Waters joined an interview with Al Jazeera to discuss human rights and the current state of the world. The 30-minutes long interview was aired on Al Jazeera’s website as a part of the ‘Talk to Al Jazeera‘ series.

Recently on Facebook, Roger Waters posted the video of his interview with Al Jazeera and revealed its main subject which was to discuss the possible solution to fix the ongoing problems of our world today. On the caption of his post, Roger mentioned that he suggested sticking to the 30 articles of ‘The Universal Declaration of Human Rights‘ would help most of the problems disappear.

Here’s what Roger Waters stated on the caption of his recent post:

“I did an interview with Al Jazeera, which aired 29th August 2020, during which I said, ‘If we adhered to the 30 articles of ‘The Universal Declaration of Human Rights‘ from Paris 1948, all our major problems would go away overnight.’

This statement has since been fact-checked by humans with IQs above room temperature, and guess what? I was right.

Love
R.”
