Brian May, who is the iconic guitarist of Queen, shared a video of himself on Instagram while riding a bike and shared the details of his sciatic pain.

As you might remember, Queen icon Brian May suffered from a heart attack earlier in May and he was treated in the hospital for a while. After he returned back home, Brian posted several pictures and videos of himself showing his improving health status to his worried fans.

Recently on his official Instagram account, he posted a video of himself while riding a bike at his home and let the fans know about his current health status. Brian shared the details of his sciatic pain which woke him up very early in the mornings. Apparently, the treatment he found to reduce his pain was riding a bike every morning.

“Work in Progress!

💥💥I’ve been reading your comments, folks – while biking again today – very early because my sciatic pain woke me up. I ride the bike not just for fitness, th, but because it’s the best treatment I know for that pain on waking up. When I’m on the bike, I feel no pain. It’s very refreshing.”

Additionally, Brian stated that the supportive comments of his fans were helped him get through these rough days. On the caption of the video, he also wrote about how grateful he was for the support of the fans.

And this morning, my heart was so warmed by your wonderful comments. You’re all so supportive. It’s great that we can support each other in this way. I’m not out of the woods yet, but what I have been through reminds me that without health there is nothing.

I hope you will all take care of yourselves out there. As the wonderful Joni Mitchell said in a song …”You don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone“. Bri
