The official and verified Twitter page of Queen posted a recent tweet about their huge concert at Hammersmith Odeon, London, in 1975, and they took fans to the good-old-days with memorable items.
While we noticed a concert banner and an old ticket in the pictures, the band asked the fans to share memorable things from the day.
Here’s what Queen wrote:
“On this day in 1975, Queen performed at the Hammersmith Odeon, London. Do you have any memorabilia from the night?”
A fan named CannotVeritas commented and said this:
“I have memorabilia that I’m very upset I haven’t been born yet when this happened.”
Another fan named EduBeltranEdu explained his favorite show and wrote this:
“My fave concert ever was 24th December 1975 on Hammersmith Odeon. I have it on DVD and never get tired of watching it. I wasn’t there (I was 4 months old!) but if I could go back in time THAT would be the day I’d pick (Not Live Aid)”
