Brian May, the co-founder and lead guitarist of Queen, and the current lead singer of the band, Adam Lambert, have answered the question of OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and unveiled their 3 top favorite cities based on the restaurants that they know.
As you know, Queen + Adam Lambert has released their brand new album, ‘Live Around The World,’ on October 2, 2020. The set presents a compilation of concert highlights captured the world over personally selected by Taylor, May, and Lambert from over 200 shows they have performed.
Since the release, the band members have given interviews to various sources about their latest project and talked about the creation process, as well as the effects of COVID-19 on their lives.
Lately, May, Taylor, and Lambert have appeared before the cameras for a conversation, which was released on their YouTube channel. For about an hour, they’ve responded to the quite different questions.
When the interviewer asked them what are their top 3 cities to tour globally based on restaurants, a question sent by OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, Roger Taylor, and Adam Lambert agreed on Tokio. Taylor also said he likes to visit Paris for that reason, as well.
Adam Lambert continued and admitted he loves Buenos Aires, for the amazing Argentinian food, and New Zealand, since everything is so fresh there. Brian May added to the list the whole of Italy, especially for the Bolognian food.
Here’s what Roger Taylor said answering the question:
“It’s a good question. Tokio. Probably Paris.”
Adam Lambert added to Taylor:
“Tokio for really good Japanese food. Authentic. I liked the food when we were done in Buenos Aires. The Argentinian food was really good.
Really, the wine, and the meat. Also, New Zealand cause everything’s so fresh there, everthing’s so farmed and organic.”
Brian May said:
“Also, the whole of Italy. I miss Bologna.”
