On Instagram, the founding member and the bassist of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Flea, posted the picture of his poorly-made tattoo dedicated to his favorite basketball team Los Angeles Lakers saying ‘Go Lakers!‘.
As you might know, Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ iconic bassist Flea is a huge fan of basketball and his all-time favorite team is Los Angeles Lakers. The longtime admirer of Kobe Bryant, who sadly passed away earlier this year, Flea expressed his feelings about the tragic loss in a previous interview by stating:
“I remember Kobe Bryant as a person always evolving. And as such an iconic fixture of the L.A. landscape, he was someone we all loved. Then he retires and we watch him evolve even more.
As a musician, I dedicate my life to being as good as I can be. Every time I step on the stage, I will sweat blood. I’m going to go until I drop and do what Kobe did.”
Recently on Instagram, Flea posted the photo of his old tattoo on his right arm which says ‘Go Lakers!‘. As you will see in the photo below, even though the tattoo was poorly made, Flea seemed to be really proud of having it.
Yesterday, Flea posted some tweets on his official Twitter account expressing his concerns about the latest news about the injuries of Lebron James, Anthony Davis, and Rajan Rondo. The diehard Lakers fan mentioned they should better win the next game regardless of the possible injuries and honor their late teammate Kobe Bryant.

Ahhhh, they gotta win tomorrow dude, time to play with a sprained finger. Kobe style. We need ultimate intensity on the morrow.
