Red Hot Chili Peppers’ bassist Flea shared a post on his official Twitter page revealing his opinions about The Beatles’ bassist Paul McCartney‘s upcoming solo album ‘McCartney III,’ and apparently, Flea is quite excited to hear McCartney’s new record.

As you may remember, Paul McCartney recently announced his new album titled ‘McCartney III’ after sharing mysterious pictures on his official Instagram page teasing the big reveal.

The album will be released on December 11, 2020, four decades after his second solo album, ‘McCartney II.’ The album consists of 11 songs all of which are written by Paul McCartney himself.

The Beatles and Paul McCartney fans and his fellow musicians are thrilled to hear a brand new album coming from him. Apparently, everyone including the four-time Grammy Award winner, a former member of Drive-By Truckers, Jason Isbell who cannot wait for the release day as he recently shared a post on Twitter expressing his excitement.

Here is what Isbell said:

“Another good time to revisit the McCartney catalog.”

It turned out that iconic bassist Flea is also one of those who are sitting at the edge of their seats considering the new McCartney album. Flea shared a post on his official Twitter page replying to Isbell’s tweet and revealed his enthusiasm about the upcoming album of Paul McCartney, ‘McCartney III.’
