Anthony Kiedis, Red Hot Chili Peppers’ frontman puts his mansion in Hawaii for sale. The custom-built luxurious house has a listing price that is pushing up to $10 million according to ‘The Real Deal.’
This is not the first time that Anthony Kiedis has been on the real estate news. In 2015, it was reported that Kiedis has sold his Los Angles villa in Bel Air. The house was also luxurious and had an amazing view which got listed for almost $4,3 Million.
This time, the RHCP icon listed his Hawaii mansion for sale. The three-bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms mansion is carefully and smartly build with aspects that can explain why the listing price is that high. Many little details were thought in the building process. For example, the master bedroom is located at the very far end of the guest room for maximum privacy.
The master bedroom also includes a steam room. However, this is not the only luxurious aspect of the house. The mansion has an island snack bar separate from the kitchen. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the gorgeous and meditative Hawaiian coastline view, and the entire house is furnishing along with its high ceiling and meditative furniture, the house seems to be worth its price.
However, the property seems to have a bit of history before it was bought by Kiedis from Sylvester Stallone. Anthony wanted to build a house in the area yet it took a while to get all the necessary preparations and permissions as the property was claimed to be a burial ground. The conflicts were solved and the mansion was eventually finished in 2008.
