During a recent interview with Meltdown of Detroit’s WRIF radio station Judas Priest’s lead singer and also known as The Metal God in the community, Rob Halford, talked about his former bandmate and the ex-guitarist of the band.

As you might check out the statements of Rob right below that he admitted that he did not have any conversation with K.K. Downing for years. However, Halford did not give the reason why he’s not in touch with Downing since he parted ways with the band in 2011.

The fans would remember that K.K. Downing has lef the band 9 years ago and Priest decided to fill his place with the talented English musician Richie Faulkner. He is the lead guitarist for Judas Priest since 2011.

Meltdown of Detroit’s WRIF asked:

“When was the last time you spoke to K.K.”

Let’s check out what Rob Halford told about K.K.:

“Ah, I can’t remember. It’s been a long, long time. I guess it’s a bit about the same time that it was when I was away from Priest.

We’re certainly in communication with our music, because [chuckles] we all listen to Priest practically every day. But it’s been a while — it’s been a few years, yeah.”
