White Zombie’s co-founder and lead vocalist, Rob Zombie, recently posted a photo on his Instagram account and boasted about his album ranking No.1 on the Billboard charts, while using it as proof to show that rock is far from dead.
As you may recall, Rob Zombie released his new album ‘The Lunar Injection Kool-Aid Conspiracy Theory‘ on March 12, 2021. His new album features seventeen new tracks and it’s his first album in over four years. He had expressed his happiness considering the final version of the album multiple times through his social media accounts and it seems like he was right.
Just some hours ago, Rob Zombie posted a photo on his Instagram account and announced that his new album achieved No. 1 on Billboard‘s Top Album Sales chart. He said that it took long enough but ‘it finally happened.’ He also added that, after witnessing the great success of his album, now ‘we can all agree rock ain’t dead’ but is apparently ‘undead.’
Here’s what Rob Zombie said in the caption of his post:
“It took long enough but it finally happened. ☠️
Can we all agree rock ain‘t dead… or maybe it‘s undead!”
