Rolling Stones Guitarist Keith Richards Says ‘It’s Un-Normal’ Revealing His Deep Fear And Talking About Last Summer

The co-founder and iconic guitarist of The Rolling Stones, Keith Richards, recently gave an interview in which talked about the abnormal things happening in 2020 and revealed his great fear while disclosing how he spent the summer of 2020.

As you probably know, the Rolling Stones had a highly successful tour in the summer of 2019 and they were planning on starting their next tour in May 2020. After the break of the pandemic their tour, like many others, was canceled.

After the cancelation of their tour plans, the bandmates all went their way, and Keith Richards started enjoying a different type of life. It turns out that Keith Richards was indeed scared of the virus and thus, decided to spend some time as far away from people as possible.

Richards said that he has been hiding, spending time only with his family and just a few friends so as to not get out of the protective bubble and risk anyone’s health. He mentioned that he dined in an outdoor restaurant a couple of times but as it’s colder now, that’s gone too.

Here’s what Keith Richards said when the interviewer asked him if he was scared of the virus:

“Oh yeah. In this particular area, New York and Connecticut, it was very heavy at the beginning. It’s been pretty well controlled since but this is about the only place in the whole country where it is. I’ve been in hiding, basically. Hunkering down with the family and a few friends because we have to stay in a bubble

you know. I’ve been out to a restaurant with outdoor seating a couple of times but now it’s getting a bit chilly so we’re eating in. Thank God the wife’s a good cook, bless her heart.”

During his recent interview, Keith Richards revealed how he has been spending his time during the pandemic, especially in the summer of 2020. Most people would have expected a rockstar like Keith Richards to create music, arrange recording sessions, or meetups with his bandmates.

However, it turns out that Keith Richards enjoyed quite ‘a more normal way of life.’ He referred to his beautiful garden and revealed that he has been gardening and observing nature closely for the first time in his life.

It turns out that he spent most of 2020 in his house gardening and spending some quality time with himself and his loved ones. He grew some veggies and fruits and spent a ‘normal’ year which was highly ‘un-normal‘ for the legendary guitarist.

In a recent interview, he once again talked about what

Here’s what Keith Richards said:

I saw the garden grow – really quite unbelievable. I spent the whole summer actually admiring the garden and also doing a bit of gardening myself – watering the veggies and the stuff. I got into a more normal way of life, which is un-normal.
