Former vocalist of Van Halen and the current member of The Circle, Sammy Hagar, posted a video on Instagram enjoying a sunny day and responded to a fan’s comment wondering the reason why they postponed the new lockdown session.
As you might know, Van Halen’s former frontman Sammy Hagar has been working on his projects with his band named The Circle. The band was formed by Sammy Hagar, original Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony, drummer Jason Bonham, and guitarist Vic Johnson.
During the lockdown days due to the global spread of coronavirus, The Circle and Sammy Hagar shared their performances of the cover of various songs recorded in their own houses. Sammy has been sharing the episodes of their highly-anticipated project named ‘Circle at Home Sessions‘ from time to time on his social media accounts.
Last week, Hagar shared a short video of himself screaming on Instagram and announced the No.9 of Circle at Home Sessions was going to be released soon. However, he didn’t have any further statements about the lockdown session since then.
Recently on Instagram, Sammy Hagar posted a video showing his family enjoying a sunny day with their dog. However, the fans wanted to get more information about why they postponed the new episode of Circle at Home Sessions. Apparently, there was a family emergency within the technical crew which caused the delay of the lockdown session’s release. Yet, Sammy promised that it would be worthed all the wait.
Here’s the question from a fan nicknamed Badger8350:
“Where’s the lockdown session? Can’t tease like that.”
As a response to the comment, Sammy Hagar explained the reason for the postponement:
“There was a family emergency within our technical team. Coming ASAP. Ps. it’s worth the wait.”
