Ex-Van Halen singer and The Circle frontman Sammy Hagar’s daughter, Kama Hagar posted a new photo of herself on Instagram and shared some techniques to help people who were struggling to work home.

Van Halen’s former lead singer Sammy Hagar has two lovely daughters, Kama and Samantha, from his ongoing marriage with Kari Hagar. His oldest daughter Kama Hagar has been managing her eco-luxury skincare brand as well as enlightening her followers on social media about mindfulness as a certified holistic wellness coach.

Recently on Instagram, Kama Hagar posted a brand new picture of herself enjoying a cup of coffee at her house. In the caption of her post, Kama mentioned the three important techniques that would be helpful for those who had been struggling to work at home due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Furthermore, Kama shared some tips from her personal routine that she created during her high school years when she had to travel a lot with her parents. According to Hagar, balancing one’s schedule, setting boundaries, and busting out the to-do list were the most significant parts of a routine that could make working from home a lot easier.

Here’s what Kama Hagar stated in the caption of her latest post:

“Struggling to work from home?! 💻

Although many of us have been working remotely since March, balancing work from home can take some getting used to. 🙌🏼

As someone who has had to master the art of remote work since getting yanked out of elementary school for weeks at a time to travel with my parents and choosing to do an independent study for my senior year of high school – it’s safe to say after all these years since I got the routine down. 👩🏼‍💻

Here are 3 of my favorite routine changes to make remote work easier:

1. Balance your schedule (breaks, personal, work) the night before.

2. Set boundaries. 🙅🏼‍♀️

3. Bust out the to-do list. 📝
