Former vocalist of Van Halen and current member of The Circle, Sammy Hagar, shared his reaction to Wolfgang Van Halen’s solo album by posting a comment on the recent Instagram post of Wolfgang.
As you might remember, Wolfgang announced that he will be releasing a solo album in near future and excited the fans. Also, he even shared some teasers from the album and proved that this album is going to rock everybody.
While Wolfgang is sharing his thoughts about the solo album, he mentioned that he is not trying to be like his father, Eddie Van Halen. Instead, he is trying to show what he is capable of with his own music style. After a short period, Wolfgang’s former bandmate Sammy added a comment inside the post.
Sammy stated that he heard a couple of teases from Wolfgang’s album and hyped the community by saying that they are really good pieces of songs. Furthermore, Sammy hoped that Wolf will find places to play his solo album in front of the crowd after the coronavirus outbreak end.
Here is what Wolfgang Van Halen wrote:
“I answered a question in my story about whether or not I view my father’s legacy/reputation as a gift or a curse and this is what I said.
Judging by the response, the answer seemed to resonate with many so I figured I’d make it a post. Thanks for being cool, y’all. Excited to get this music out.”
Sammy Hagar added this comment:
“…I’ve heard a couple of snippets and they are bad fucking ass!!! Hope I run into you someplace once we all get out of prison haha! Stay safe love to your mom & dad.”
Hagar also talked about Wolf’s attitude against the haters and negative comments by saying:
“Wolfie, that’s a great answer. And the only way you will ever be happy and satisfied is doing your own thing the way you hear it in your head and feel it in your heart! You inherited genetically enough talent for 10 lifetimes. Use it the way you want.”
