Former Van Halen singer and the current member of The Circle, Sammy Hagar, recently posted a video on his Instagram account to give his fans an idea about his upcoming project and what is awaiting them during the holidays.
As you probably know, Sammy Hagar enjoys using his social media accounts to share his latest projects which are not restricted to music, as he is an entrepreneur too. Even though his fans have shown their support for all his projects, it is safe to say that his recent post excited them even more.
The Red Rocker formed the supergroup named The Circle back in 2014 and it seems like they have been working on some new songs. As you may recall, The Circle’s debut studio album ‘Space Between‘ was released in May 2019 and it achieved critical acclaim as it ranked Number 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart.
In his recent post, Sammy Hagar seems to be working on his 2011 song, ‘Santa’s Going South for Christmas,’ and as one of the hashtags is The Circle, it looks like the supergroup is preparing for another special release for their fans.
In the video, Hagar seems to be not liking how he sounded in one part and he asks to start from the beginning. In the caption, Hagar called this video ‘a dead giveaway for what’s to come‘ which made his fans chuckle in excitement for what’s awaiting them.
Additionally, seeing a person with a Santa‘s hat on the soundboard really put Haggar’s followers in the mood for some holiday surprises. His post received almost 200 responses from fans excitedly asking what he is preparing for them.
Here’s what Sammy Hagar said in the caption of his Instagram post:
“Well, I guess that’s a dead giveaway for what’s to come.”
Here’s what one of his followers said:
“I see Santa at the soundboard. The world needs a Sammy Beach Christmas album!”
