Kama Hagar, the daughter of former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar, has opened up about one of the richest experiences she had during a time of so much separation and isolation while announcing a new event by which she can share this experience with her followers.

As you might know, the certified holistic wellness coach with a specialty in reiki healing, meditation, and Hawaiian healing, Kama Hagar, has been organizing clarity retreats with her fellow facilitators Mollie Openshaw, and Rachel O’Rourke for a while now.

Within the last few months, when we all have been searching for ways to stay sane and find peace in this chaos of the global pandemic of COVID-19, Kama has guided most of her followers and the people who want to find clarity with her retreats.

Through meditation, which is the core component of all retreats, yoga, connection activities, workshops, and soul-nourishing food, Kama Hagar has provided her students with an unforgettable experience. Lately, she has spoken about her previous retreats by saying that they are the richest experiences anyone can ever have.

In her recent post, Kama stated that what she most loves about those sessions is the fact that she also becomes the student to her students. She called all her students her ‘mirrors, inspirations, and brand new perspectives’ with whom she serves for a good cause in sacred space.

Kama ended up her latest statement on Instagram with the announcement of the next retreat in the spiritual Mecca of Sedona, Arizona, between January 28 and January 31, 2021. In the event, the group will be hiking to one of the famous spots in Sedona while enjoying meditation and reiki experience from the top.

Here’s what Kama Hagar said in her recent Instagram post:

“What I love so much about holding retreats is that I also become the student. Not only to my fellow teachers, but to the students themselves. My mirrors, my inspirations, my brand new perspectives – we all serve in this way for one another in a sacred space such as this.

In a time of so much separation and isolation, this is one of the richest experiences we can have.

What are you doing January 28-31st? Wanna come to Sedona with me? Sign up for the next retreat.”
