Anthrax co-founder and rhythm guitarist of the band, Scott Ian, posted a new photo on his official and verified Instagram account today and announced that he gathered with his bandmate after many times due to celebrating Chris Santos’ new album.

You might already listen to their latest album of Anthrax that ‘For All Kings’ that it was released back in 2016, and the band keeps their silence since then. While Anthrax was working on a new album for two years, they had to push back the release date to 2021 due to a coronavirus outbreak.

Today, Scott stated that they have managed to get together after fourteen months to celebrate Santos’ new recording. He also did not forget to thank his buddy for his hospitality. Right after sharing the post, over 5K followers of Scott pushed the like button including Rob Zombie guitarist John 5. At the same time, Ex-Dream Theater drummer and current Sons Of Apollo star Mike Portnoy commented on the post.

Here is what Anthrax star wrote:

“Our first time out with a crew like this in 14 months! We celebrated Charlie’s record release, we celebrated getting to hang, we friggin’ celebrated! Thanks to Chris Santos for the incredible hospitality! Grizzly says thanks as well!”

And here is what Portnoy wrote in the comment section:

“Top crew!!! So good to see everybody together.”
