Skid Row’s former lead vocalist, Sebastian Bach recently posted a photo on his Instagram account and paid tribute to his friend and Skid Row‘s production manager who recently lost the battle against cancer.

As you may know, Sebastian Bach often uses his social media accounts, such as his Instagram account, to announce his latest project, cherish the good memories he has from his time with Skid Row, and share sneak peeks from his life. However, his recent post was not a happy one.

Chris Reynolds was Skid Row’s production manager for most of their career but sadly, in April 2020, he was diagnosed with Intrahepatic Bile Duct Cancer and he did his best to win this battle. He went through two therapies which did not work and eventually Chris and his family found a new therapy but as the costs were high, they started a fundraiser.

Skid Row members, such as Rob Affuso, supported his fundraiser and asked their fans to contribute to this cause. Nonetheless, Chris lost his battle against cancer some days ago. Sebastian Bach recently posted a photo paying tribute to Chris Reynolds and said that he didn’t deserve to leave us so soon.

Sebastian Bach posted a photo with Chris’s wife, Christine, and expressed his condolences to her and Reynolds’s family who are definitely going through a hard time during this holiday season. He cherished the good memories he has with him and paid his respects to his long-time friend.

Here’s what Sebastian Bach wrote in the caption of his Instagram post:

“Rest in peace to a long-time friend, Tour Manager of the ‘Slave to the Grind’ tour, Mr. Chris Reynolds. It’s hard to keep up with all the misery of 2020 all I can say is f*** cancer. Chris Reynolds was a professional in the truest sense of the word and did not deserve to leave us so soon.

We introduced Chris to Pantera and after the ‘Slave to the Grind’ tour, he tour-managed them. A lifetime of rock and roll. We salute you, Chris. Our condolences to your beautiful wife and your whole family.”
