Here’s Bach’s long goodbye to Ken Osmond:

“Flashback to last year when I got to meet two of my favorite actors Jerry Mathers and Tony Dow. My sincere condolences to Jerry and Tony on the loss of Ken Osmond who played Eddie Haskell in Leave It to Beaver. Eddie Haskell was one of the funniest characters I have ever seen in my life and I cannot thank these guys enough for all the laughs and joy they have brought to me since I was a little boy.

In these last couple of weeks of lockdown I have made a point to put this show on for my kids every single night around dinner time we all watch it including last night. I’ve always told my kids that Eddie was my favorite because he was so ridiculous, I never stop laughing when he is on the screen. The fact that my kids love this show just as much as I do demonstrates that as far as entertainment goes, Leave it to Beaver has few rivals as far as quality and longevity.

Thank you Ken Osmond for being a part of my life and thanks to everyone involved with this show for showing my kids in 2020 what a real family is & what real fun is.”
