Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist Slash shared a post to announce his recent collaboration with Gibson Guitars’ brand new record company for his upcoming solo album featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators on his official Instagram account.
Aside from being a member of the iconic rock band Guns N’ Roses, Slash has also been pursuing a remarkable solo career. He released his debut studio album entitled ‘Slash’ on March 31, 2010. Then, he teamed up with Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators for his later solo works and they released three studio albums together.
After the release of ‘Living the Dream’ in 2018, both Slash and Kennedy’s fans wanted more from them and they often asked about whether they will start recording new songs or not through social media and during question and answer events. Their patience paid off when Gibson Guitars announced the launch of its new record company named Gibson Records and its upcoming collaboration with Slash.
Slash also confirmed that the label’s first album will be his upcoming fourth album featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators via his recent Instagram post. The album will be released in 2022 but there isn’t any further information given about the album.
Slash’s Instagram post was written like that:
“Gibson Guitars has just announced via Billboard the launch of their brand new record label, Gibson Records. The label’s first release in early 2022 will be the next album by Slash featuring Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators.”
