Slash Promotes Chris Jericho’s New Metal Documentary Depicting The Reunion Of Siren

Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist Slash shared a post on his official Instagram page promoting Fozzy lead singer Chris Jericho‘s brand new documentary about the reunion of Siren after nearly four decades which is titled ‘I’m Too Old For This Sh*t.’

Chris Jericho has numerous professions like being a singer, AEW superstar wrestler, podcast host, and best-selling author all of which he’s extremely good at. Recently, Jericho added another accomplishment to his list, being a film producer of a brand new metal documentary.

‘I’m Too Old For This Sh*t: A Heavy Metal Fairy Tale’ is a documentary about Siren which is a band formed in 1981 and released two successful albums named ‘No Place Like Home’ and ‘Financial Suicide.’ However, the band came to an end in 1990 due to internal problems.

Nearly four decades after their break-up, Siren reunited in order to perform in Germany’s annual Keep It True Festival. The band even released an album named ‘Back From the Dead,’ which was their first new album in 31 years and came out at the beginning of 2020.

Mesmerized from the story of Siren, Chris Jericho became the producer for their documentary and revealed that he has never heard a story like theirs as they are now united after four decades of being apart.

Here is what Jericho said about his upcoming documentary:

“I’ve been playing in bands for 35 years and I’ve never heard a story like Siren’s. We all had bands in high school that we felt would tour the world and sell a million records….but most of them break up by senior year and never do.”

Being a supportive friend, Slash shared a post on his official Instagram page in order to promote Jericho’s first movie, ‘I’m Too Old For This Sh*t’ in addition to sharing the cover of the film.

Here is what Slash stated in the caption of his post:
