Slayer and Exodus guitarist and also one of the most talented stars of the century, Gary Holt, has posted a new photo of him and Steve Harris of Iron Maiden today and celebrated Steve’s 65th birthday with a respectful message.

Steve Harris is the bassist and keyboardist of Iron Maiden since 1975. As you might already know, Steve is the founder of Iron Maiden and he’s the leader/primary songwriter of the band for 46 years. He’s also known as a die-hard West Ham United fan and today, he became 65.

In his latest Instagram post, Slayer and Exodus legend Gary Holt sends a sincere birthday message to Steve and confessed that Iron Maiden was a game-changer band when he was younger. He also showed his respect for the bass skills of Steve Harris by saying they have changed what was possible for bass players all over the world.

After sharing the post, over 20K people showed their respect for Steve by pushing the like button including Rob Trujillo’s son and also a musician like his father, Tye Trujillo.
