Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor took to his official Twitter account to announce the collaboration with Mötley Crüe bass guitarist Nikki Sixx and revealed his feelings about working with him.

Nikki Sixx has made a new project named ‘Artist For Recovery’ and re-recorded the song of Nikki, ‘Maybe It’s Time’ to take attention to the substance use disorders and help people in recovery. For this project, Nikki worked for musicians like Corey Taylor, Slash, Joe Elliott, and more.

In the tweet, Corey stated that he is so proud of being in the project like this and announced that the song will be released tomorrow. Also, Corey mentioned that this song will be the soundtrack of Sno Babies movie, which is a film that unveils the realities of addiction and it’s effects on families.

“Proud to be part of Artists For Recovery. ‘Maybe It’s Time’ brings together artists to help fight substance use disorders and help people in recovery.

The song will be available Friday, and will be part of the Sno Babies movie soundtrack.”
