In a recent interview with Eric Blair of “The Blairing Out With Eric Blair Show”, guitar master Steve Vai said that it would be fantastic if AC/DC made a new studio album with Axl Rose on vocals.

He said:

I think that’d be fantastic. Don’t you? I mean, AC/DC can’t make any mistakes; they’re perfect. [Laughs] And Axl is one of the quintessential frontmen, and he’s also an incredible singer.”

Two months ago, according to AC/DC’s well-connected journalist Murray Engleheart, the band is preparing to record a new studio album. Engleheart has shared a new post on Facebook and said:

“Speculate all you want but I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: AC/DC will continue with Axl on vocals – new album, touring, the whole nine yards. What was a massive gamble by Angus turned out to be an equally enormous triumph that has set the scene for the future.”

What’s your thoughts about that?
