Porcupine Tree frontman Steven Wilson showed his respect for Sir Elton John by sharing a new post on his off Instagram account.
Elton John is one of the most important figures in the rock community. He inspired and helped lots of musicians, as well as the LGBTQ+ communities. In his career, he released a total of 30 studio albums.
One of Elton’s most loved albums among these thirty albums, Blue Moves, is the eleventh studio album that released in 1976. The album was so good that it reached number three in the US Billboard charts.
Steven Wilson wanted to praise Elton John and his work in this album, and he mentioned that Blue Moves is a masterpiece by Elton. While Steven was saying that he is listening to this album for the millionth time, he also thanked Elton for making such a great record.
Steven Wilson on Blue Moves:
“In my opinion, Elton’s masterpiece, listening to it now for the millionth time. This is the original Japanese vinyl pressing, which is the best (and I’ve owned most editions like the music nerd I am). So thanks for the music Elton John and Bernie Taupin.”
