Rock veteran Ted Nugent shared a post on his official Instagram page revealing a video with his wife Shemane Nugent. In the video, the rocker revealed the emotional moments when he spent the day with one of his fans named Justice who has a brain tumor, and Make-A-Wish Foundation bought the two together.

Make-A-Wish Foundation is a huge nonprofit organization that helps fulfill the dreams of children with severe diseases. The foundation operates through 59 locations all over the United States as well as 50 other countries around the world, making childrens’ wishes come true.

While Ted Nugent often makes the headlines with his countless controversial statements about other celebrities, usually related to sensitive political matters, the musician showed his thoughtful side this time. In his recent post on his official Instagram page, Nugent shared a video with his wife and revealed a day with his 19-year-old fan named Justice.

Unfortunately, young Justice was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of 17 and he used his one wish to spend a day with Ted Nugent. Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, they reached out to the rocker and he played songs for his fan and his family. the rocker also took them on a trip throughout the day and they seemed genuinely happy.

The rocker also got emotional during the video and expressed what a traumatic experience Justice’s family is going through, knowing that they can lose their son at a very young age. On the bright side, the musician helped a young fan to fulfill his dreams and the two had a wonderful time together.

In the IG video, Ted Nugent said:

Justice has a brain tumor and he’s 19 years old. He got it when he was 17 years old. He relates to the truth, logic, common sense, stands up for what you believe in, things that I’ve fought for at least for 15 something years. So they expressed that to me, Justice’s mom, dad, and sister Grace. The people from Make-A-Wish Foundation, great charity, what a great place for generous donations. They really have gone above and beyond, they got Justice and his family in a big limousine. They drove all the way from Missouri, and I played him some songs and the guitar.

I showed him the wildlife, took him on a trip. You know, he can’t really express himself very effectively because of the brain tumor but you can tell he had a good time. He was a bit cocky, you can tell that he had a little bit of attitude which may have been the connection we had together. We spent the day with a family who is going through very spiritual trauma with the very threatening reality that they can lose their beloved son at a young age like that.

The bottom line is I did it because it was an honor. It’s a gift. We all have ups and downs in our lives and if somebody thinks that you or I will bring strength during a painful heartbreak, wow.”

Although Ted Nugent frequently receives criticism over his actions in his personal life, there’s no denying that he’s a thoughtful person when it comes to helping people and care for his fans. Furthermore, the musician thanked the foundation for its work and bringing him Justice and his family all the way from Missouri to make the day possible.
