One of the most talented guitarists of all time, Ted Nugent’s lovely wife Shemane Nugent posted a recent photo on her official Instagram page and made a bold statement about her latest book, ‘4 Minutes to Happy.’

As Shemane wanted her followers to avoid the stress and politics while we are getting close to Christmas, she suggests her fans focus themselves.

Here is the long letter from Shemane below:

“If there’s at least one-holiday get-together you’re not looking forward to, you might want to read this. Maybe the fear of talking politics with your crazy uncle or aunt is bothering you, or maybe you’re dreading the office party where that one co-worker always seems to push your buttons.

Perhaps you’re just overwhelmed by obligations, wrapping presents and trying to be everything to everyone else. What if you changed that stinking thinking and became the happiest, healthiest person you know — at least for the next few weeks (longer if you can!)”

She continued:

“We can’t control what other people do or say and the odds are high that everything might not go as planned. Try as we might, we just can’t please everyone — so, why not focus on pleasing yourself?! Focus on the things you can control, like staying healthy during the holidays, exercising more, meditating, praying, eating clean foods – without chemicals and preservatives. Take a deep breath, a walk in nature, a fitness class, or call a friend. Offer to help someone. Volunteer your time. I promise, you’ll walk away richer in spirit because of it.

My ebook “4 Minutes to Happy is available for download on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. What if 4 minutes could change your life? Makes a great gift!
