The guitarist Ted Nugent’s lovely wife Shemane Nugent posted a recent photo on her official Instagram page and made a bold statement about ‘physical pain.’

Shemane Nugent asked her followers to be brave for their mental health, and she suggested that they have to find a way to motivate themselves.

Here’s the statement:

“You can’t live your life in fear of what might happen. You have to be bold and brave and unapologetically authentic.  I need to be honest here….I write these posts not just to motivate you, but to remind myself of what I need to do, too. For too long, I suffered in silence. I hoped that someday the way I felt inside would match my happy exterior.

I wanted to be empowered enough to rise above the haters and not allow emotional stress to cause me physical pain.  Don’t wait as long as I did to empower yourself. Go after that new job or new relationship.

What’s the scariest thing that could happen?  Rejection, disappointment…? Well, we’ve all had those experiences before, right? So it might not be as bad the next time around, and you never know what God has in store for you next! That’s kind of fun to think about, isn’t it?

God isn’t finished with us yet! Let’s not wait to set our souls on fire. Be proactive. Don’t wait to get in shape, ask for a raise, get a new job – or a new puppy 😊🤔 It’s never too late to be the best version of YOU!”

An Instagram user commented and said this:

“I seriously look forward to every single thing you say and write on here. Like I had said before— I find you very inspiring and REAL. Most of the time when I feel down or blue- your posts lift me up. THANK YOU— MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family. 💕”

Another fan wrote this:

“Great post and those eyes should be registered as lethal weapons!!”
