Ted Nugent’s wife and fitness instructor, Shemane Nugent, revealed that she was asked to join Donald Trump’s new faith-based advisory board by Trump himself, and she stated that she wants to connect with the people who support their cause.
As you may know, both Ted Nugent and his wife Shemane have been dedicated Republican party supporters for a long time. The Nugents supported former US President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and visited him in the White House to celebrate his victory over the Democrats.
Donald Trump recently invited Shemane Nugent to join his newly established faith-based advisory board. The board is described as an expansion of the White House’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, and it aims to reconnect conservative Christian communities.
Nugent shared a video on her Instagram account to announced that she was invited to become a member of the new board. She said that she wants to connect with people, especially women, who are conservative, Christian, and concerned about the world’s ongoing problems. So, Shemane aims to create an army of God by connecting with people who support this cause.
Shemane Nugent’s post read:
“Wait! What? I was just on the phone with President Trump and… (well, you’ll have to watch!)”
In Nugent’s words, she said:
“Somebody please pinch me! No actually don’t! I’ve just had a phone call today with President Trump and a bunch of faith-based leaders. I was asked to be on his faith-based advisory board. Are you kidding me?
So I want to connect with you. If you are conservative, Christian, specifically women, and you think that what’s going on in the world right now is despicable and want to make changes, follow me. I’ll follow you back. Together we can create an army, can create God’s army because I believe that he’s calling us right now. Are you ready to have the full armor of God?“
Therefore it can be said that both Ted Nugent and his wife Shemane Nugent will continue to support the former US President Donald Trump in his new initiatives and a possible presidential campaign in the future.
