Iconic musician Ted Nugent’s wife and television personality, Shemane Nugent, took to her official Instagram account to reveal the secret way to be happy in these tough times.

Due to the coronavirus outbreak, most of the people forced to stuck in their homes and followed the self-quarantine rules. Because of that, lots of people suffered from anxiety and overwhelming.

Shemane shared her key to be happy for her followers by saying that doing some exercises in the day will make your day a lot better. Also, finding the thing that makes your heart exciting is the best way to be happier in life.

Here is what Shemane Nugent wrote:

“I get lots of messages asking about how to get more energy, feel better, and age in a healthy and positive way. The key to health and happiness at any age, I believe, is to find the thing that makes your heart sing and do it more often.

Sometimes I feel like a kid swimming laps like this. (In my mind, I’m much faster though!) Being active strengthens our bodies, relieves stress, and distracts us from life’s little (or big) problems.”

She continued:

“I’ve been getting a lot of messages from people who feel overwhelmed and anxious about the state of the world.

The first few minutes I go underwater, problems like the virus, wearing masks, and politics seem to melt away. I focus on my next stroke, kicking my feet, taking a breath, and keeping my goggles on during the flip turn!

Find a few minutes every day to move your body. Stretch, dance, run, lift weights, whatever you can do. Get outside (while we still can!) and soak up that vitamin D! It just might change your mood and your life.”
