The Beatles co-founder Paul McCartney recently shared a tweet on his official Twitter account and announced the 50th Anniversary Vinyl Edition of RAM.

RAM was the first-ever studio album of Paul and his beloved wife Linda McCartney and it was released back on May 17, 1971, by Apple Records. While the album had 12 different tracks from side A to B, there were two bonus tracks on The Paul McCartney Collection.

The album has managed to hit the number one spot in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Canada, Spain, and Norway as well as many other countries, and also got great reviews from the music scene authorities.

Today, Paul has taken to his official Twitter account and announced the 50th-anniversary edition of their fan-favorite album. According to the post, the RAM-iversary edition will include a limited edition CD as well as half-speed mastered vinyl. Fans can now pre-order the Vinyl LP for the price of £29.99.

Paul also did not forget to give credit to Linda who is the photographer of the post he has shared.

Here is what Paul McCartney said:

“Happy RAM-iversary! To celebrate 50 years since the release of Paul and Linda McCartney’s 1971 fan-favourite album, ‘RAM’ will be reissued on 14th May 2021 as a limited edition half-speed mastered vinyl pressing.”
