The iconic star of one of the best bands of all time, The Beatles, Paul McCartney was the recent interview guest of Maya Oppenheim of The Independent.

As you will read his statements right below, he hammered US President, Donald Trump with really harsh words an called him mad captain sailing his boat.

Here is that part from The Independent’s latest report:

“Sir Paul revealed the thinking behind his song during an interview with the BBC on Thursday.

The 76-year-old said he made the track to “basically say, ‘occasionally, we’ve got a mad captain sailing this boat we’re all on and he is just going to take us to the iceberg [despite] being warned it’s not a cool idea’.”

When pressed about who he was thinking of when he dreamt up the words “mad captain”, Sir Paul said:

“Well I mean, obviously it’s Trump.”

He added:

“But I don’t get too involved because there’s plenty of them about. He’s not the only one.”
