The Beatles legend Paul McCartney spoke in a recent interview with GQ Magazine and exposed how it felt like to work with Kanye West and Rihanna back in the days.
As you might recall, Paul collaborated with Kanye and Rihanna about five years ago and released a song named ‘FourFiveSeconds.’ Since then, this song viewed over 450M times on Youtube and become one of the most interesting collaborations in music history.
In the conversation, Paul explained how he felt like to work with these musicians and unveiled what he learned from them. While Paul was saying that he learned lots of things about the recording sessions from Kanye, he also praised the musical talent of Rihanna and showed how a kind-hearted person she is.
Interviewer asked:
“What did you learn from working with Kanye West?”
Paul McCartney replied:
“There are many ways to make a record. He curates all the ideas and puts them together, often with great success.”
Interviewer asked:
“And what did you learn from working with Rihanna?”
Paul McCartney replied:
“That even someone who is hugely talented can be a very cool girl.”
