Iconic guitarist Eric Clapton’s daughter, Ruth Clapton, wanted to express her thoughts about how to get away from mental health problems via sharing a new post on Twitter.
As you know, for the last couple of months, lots of people lost their lives due to the coronavirus pandemic, many people are also suffering from mental health problems because of losing their jobs or staying in the house for a long time.
Eric Clapton’s daughter and the mother of two, Ruth Clapton wanted to show her way to get away from stress with her latest tweet. She stated that exercising could be the greatest way to overcome mental health problems. Also, Ruth revealed what she has been doing in these tough times.
In her recent post, Ruth mentioned that she decided to ride a bike in the house to overcome stress and anxiety. Clapton also stated she was hoping that now she can have a good sleep and wake up to positive thoughts in the mornings.
