The Eagles guitarist Joe Walsh took to his official Instagram account to share his feelings about the death of Eddie Van Halen, who died yesterday due to throat cancer at the age of 65.

In the caption, Joe wrote that Eddie was one of the kindest guitarists in the world and praised that character of the legend. Also, Joe said that Eddie was a master of what he was doing and a lovely friend of himself.

While mentioning how a great personality and guitarist Eddie was, Joe stated that he is deeply saddened by the death of his friend and paid his tribute to another legendary guitarist.

Furthermore, Joe sent his love and condolences to the Van Halen family and admitted that the world will be much quieter dimmer without such an important personality.

“Eddie was one of a kind guitarist and human being. He was a master at his craft, a peer I was in awe of, and a friend I loved.

I am deeply saddened by this news and Marjorie and I send his family our deepest condolences. The world will be dimmer – and quieter – without him.”
