The Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards took his official Instagram account to share a new post and made an exciting announcement yesterday.
In the post, Keith revealed that he is going to release a new live album on June 12, named ‘Wicked As It Seems,’ and mentioned that there will be two never-released-before songs in it.
As you might already know, Wicked As It Seems is a single from Keith’s second studio album, Main Offender, which released back in October 1992. Also, the single peaked number three in the year-end charts.
Furthermore, Keith mentioned that both of these unreleased songs played live one month after the release of the album and during the Main Offender tour with his backing band, X-pensive Winos.
Here is what Keith Richards said:
“On Record Store Day, June 12, 2021, a limited edition red vinyl 7 single ‘Wicked As It Seems Live’ will be released!
Includes 2 previously unreleased live tracks from Keith Richards & The X-Pensive Winos, recorded in December 1992 at the Town & Country Club, Kentish Town, London as part of the Main Offender Tour.”
