The iconic guitarist of The Rolling Stones, Keith Richards, has not shared anything on his social media account for almost 10 days but today, he started to share new things on Instagram.

In the recent Instagram post, Keith Richards has posted two new pictures and made an important statement about the last status of their upcoming performances and album.

As you can see the first photo of him, he was playing his guitar and singing a song. In the second photo, he was making a statement about the last status of their performances due to the Coronavirus Outbreak.

In their statement, he was announcing that The Rolling Stones have postponed their North American tour, which was scheduled to begin May 8 in San Diego. 

Here’ the announcement:

“AEG Presents/ Concerts West regret to announce the postponement of the Rolling Stones upcoming NO FILTER tour of North America due to the ongoing global coronavirus pandemic.

The Stones 15-date NO FILTER summer tour was due to kick off in San Diego on May 8 and end in Atlanta on July 9.”

The members of the band made a common statement:

“We’re hugely disappointed to have to postpone the tour. We are sorry to all the fans who were looking forward to it as much as we were, but the health and safety of everyone has to take priority.

We will all get through this together – and we’ll see you very soon.”
