Tom Morello announced the release of his new cover single ‘Highway to Hell’ from his official Instagram account. He collaborated with Bruce Springsteen and Eddie Vedder to cover the iconic AC/DC song for his upcoming album ‘The Atlas Underground Fire.’
Morello, the Grammy-winning guitarist of Rage Against the Machine had recently shown his appreciation for the song ‘Highway to Hell.’ He celebrated the anniversary week of the legendary AC/DC song on an Instagram post and called it one of the best records of all time.
Morello once again showed his appreciation for ‘Highway to Hell’ by releasing it as the first track of his upcoming album ‘The Atlas Underground Fire.’ For this cover, Morello collaborated with Bruce Springsteen and Eddie Vedder. He announced this on his Instagram account and also revealed that his new solo album will be out on October 15.

“Out Now!! Springsteen/Vedder/Morello rocking ‘Highway to Hell’ – the first single from my upcoming album ‘The Atlas Underground Fire’ out October 15!“
‘The Atlas Underground Fire’ was promoted by Morello only a day ago with a small video on Instagram that announced the names of the musicians he collaborated with for the songs in the album. There were a lot of legendary names like Bruce Springsteen, Eddie Vedder, Bring Me the Horizon, Phantogram, Chris Stapleton, and more.

Morello was not the only person excited about this release. Springsteen and Vedder also shared the announcement for their fans to listen to and received a lot of exciting comments. Although the fans commented that nothing can replace the original song, they were happy to hear such singers as Springsteen sing ‘Highway to Hell.‘
