Rage Against The Machine guitarist and the host of his own radio shows Radio Comandante, One Man Revolution, and Maximum Firepower, Tom Morello, has shared a new post on his official Instagram account today and announced that he will make a special show dedicated to Eddie Van Halen.

As you might already remember, RATM’s Tom Morello released his latest extended play named ‘Comandante’ back in October, and the five-song featured album had a respectful tribute to Eddie Van Halen in ‘Secretariat’ as it has distinguishably influenced by ‘Eruption.’

Today, Tom Morello has shared one of the most iconic frames of Eddie Van Halen and announced that he will remember the late Van Halen legend by playing his influences and other musicians he has influenced. He will also play some songs from other legends like Steve Vai, David Lee Roth, Nuno, and Tool.

After sharing the photo of the late legend Eddie Van Halen, over 20K followers of Tom pushed the like button in a really short time. Despite not being an active social media user, even Mötley Crüe star Mick Mars has liked the post.

Here is how Tom announced his radio show:

“This week, my Radio Comandante show on SiriusXM highjacks Ozzy’s Boneyard to pay tribute to the great Eddie Van Halen! Cranking some of his greatest jams as well as tunes by his influences & those he’s influenced.

Let’s get UNCHAINED with some: Van Halen, Randy Rhoads, Pantera, Nuno, Tool, David Lee Roth, Steve Vai, Rage Against The Machine, Allan Holdsworth, Ratt, and more! Tune in!”
