Rage Against The Machine guitarist Tom Morello took his official Instagram account to mourn the death of The Clash drummer Joe Stummer by sharing a video of his speech during the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame.
Joe Strummer was the co-founder of The Clash, and he played for The Clash until 1986. Afterward, he worked on his solo career. In 2002, Strummer passed away because of an undiagnosed congenital heart defect.
In the video Morello posted, it can be seen that Tom was introducing The Clash for the Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame, and he paid his tribute to Joe Strummer. On the stage, he shared his feelings about the passing of Strummer and said that he was so lucky to see them live when he was a teenager.
Tom Morello remembered the anniversary of Strummer’s death again by sharing this video and showed what an important person Strummer was to him. In this way, Tom made everybody emotional.
