Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan Lee has shared a good-looking photo of herself on her official Instagram account and wrote a little update about how she’s going on with her mental health problems these days.

As we all know, Brittany has been struggling with anxiety for the last 4-5 years. After the recent post of herself, we can see that she found the way of how she can fight in a proper way with anxiety. The answer is very simple, she’s doing the gym.

In the recent Instagram post, Brittany showed off her muscle arm and penned down a new open letter about her mental health status. Here’s what she wrote:

“I hate long Instagram captions but I wanted to share this- I just started working out 4 days a week to improve my mental/physical health per my doctor @afshineemrani. And even in the short time I’ve been doing it I can see major improvement on my mood on the days I have workouts. Well, I woke up today not wanting to workout, I felt like shit and was full of anxiety and stress.”

Brittany continued:

“Normally I would just go back to bed and try to sleep my mood away, but today (with the help of my husband) I pushed myself to get up and get into the gym. And GUESS WHAT- Afterwards I felt 80% better. Here’s the thing- sometimes you just have to fight through it, don’t succumb to your anxieties and stress, work through them”

A fan named Amy Steele said:

“it’s so true. i went for a walk outside today and felt so much better afterwards. i could’ve just binge watched something. it’s challenging to push through depression and anxiety to get to the gym or yoga studio or get outside but it’s always worth it.”

(I know this is easier said than done and in the process it might suck but after you will feel sooooo much better). My trainer @joshua_james99 said today- “Movement is medicine” and that really struck a chord. (Also thanks @laseraway for the clear & brilliant) Here’s to a happy/healthy 2020
