Van Halen vocalist Sammy Hagar’s daughter Kama Hagar has shared a photo of herself and explained how she learned the difference between self-confidence and self-worth.
Even we saw Kama Hagar’s pureness and perfect body in this post, her main goal to share this post was revealing the self-improvement that she has in years.
According to Kama Hagar, she was so shy when she was a child and this was a huge problem for her. She needed to change, so Kama Hagar started to believe herself and managed to be the person she wanted; the person who has self-confidence.
Here is what Kama Hagar wrote:
“As a kid, I was so shy it was literally painful. When I started my self-growth journey, the very first affirmation I decided to use was “I am confident.” I believed if I could master that, I could accomplish anything. And I did.
I started believing in my abilities, taking bigger risks, and people were astonished when they’d find out I was a true introvert. I was confident, but something was missing…”
Kama quoted Dr. Christina Hibbert:
“Self-esteem is what we think and feel and believe about ourselves. Self-worth is recognizing ‘I am greater than all of those things.”
Kama added:
“I just wrote on how I learned the difference between self-confidence and self-worth. It’s one of my favorite, favorite lessons that has deeply transformed my work, my life and my relationships. Check it out via my bio link”
