During a recent video shared by the fans on Twitter, the legendary Van Halen vocalist David Lee Roth told the story of how he ended up breaking his nose on a national TV.
The multitalented musician, David Lee Roth, parted ways with his band Van Halen in 1985 and decided to work on his solo projects. He released his debut solo album ‘Eat ‘Em and Smile’ in 1986, followed by the release of his next album ‘Skyscraper’ in 1988.
Recently on Twitter, to remember his epic performances with Van Halen, David Lee Roth fans shared a video of him telling the story of how he broke his nose while performing on a national TV.
Initially, a fan named Greg Renoff posted pictures of the performance of Dave in May 1980 on Italian national TV and stated that during the show, he had a huge accident. Another fan shared the video of David telling the story of that moment in the most fun way possible. As you will listen in the video below, David broke his nose on a mirror ball during the performance caused by a technical problem.
Moreover, David appeared on stage for Van Halen’s next show in the ‘Pink Pop Festival‘ in Holland with bandages on his broken nose.
