The former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar has shared a throwback photo of himself with his close friend and the founder of Ratt, Stephen Pearcy.

As you might see in the photo right below, Sammy appeared in a bizarre t-shirt, and they posed a bromance photo. Sammy also stated in the caption that the photo belongs to 1988.

Here’s what Sammy Hagar wrote:

“#Throwback with Stephen Pearcy circa 1988.#whatanera.”

An Instagram user named jamie.whitfield.739 commented and mocked Sammy’s t-shirt:

“Where did you find that shirt.”

Another user named bakersfieldluvssammy said this:

“I didn’t know who he was. So I looked him up. He has a new album coming out and he said: “I don’t care if it sells ten million or nil million; it’s just what I do.” It sounded like something you would say.”
