Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil shared his reaction after receiving a good review following his recent show via his official Twitter account.
Following the success of the band’s biopic, ‘The Dirt,’ Mötley Crüe decided to reunite in late 2019 and announced a farewell world tour, named ‘The Stadium Tour.’ However, the biggest concern about this tour was Vince Neil, especially after their show at Rock in Rio 2015, considering both his singing abilities and physical shape.
The tour got postponed last year following the coronavirus pandemic, and the fans had to wait for two more years to see Crüe’s reunion. However, this year, Vince started performing on stage with his solo band to prepare himself for ‘The Stadium Tour.’
During these tours, Vince was constantly criticized for being out of form and not rehearsing enough to make sure not to miss any notes or be out of breath. During his performance earlier this year at the Boone Iowa River Vallet Festival, Vince left the stage after he mixed the lyrics, couldn’t hit the notes and was always out of breath. The vocalist exclaimed that he had completely lost his voice before apologizing to his fans and leaving.
Even though Neil was criticized for his performance and not practicing enough, some claimed that he was a work in progress. For instance, former Van Halen singer Sammy Hagar and famous journalist Eddie Trunk tried to relieve the Mötley Crüe fans by supporting the singer, as they said his performance following the festival was great.
Unfortunately, Vince had an awful experience at the ‘Monsters On The Mountain’ festival about two weeks ago as he fell off the stage during the show and broke his ribs because of the accident. However, Vince recently received a good review for his Tampa’s Hard Rock Event Center following his performance, despite his stage accident.
Vince showed his gratitude for the article writer and showed that he is more than ready to return to the stage. Furthermore, the fans also started to share their thoughts on Vince’s recent performances, and most of them seemed convinced that Vince will rock the ‘Stadium Tour.’ Mötley Crüe also commented under this post with three heart emojis, which was highly appreciated by fans.
Vince Neil showed his gratitude:
“Thank you, Tampa Hard Rock for the great review.”
A fan commented:
“So happy to see this! Sending love, Vince. I can’t wait to see you guys next August.”
While another fan said:
“Heal up man, can’t wait to see you.”
