The frontman of Mötley Crüe, Vince Neil was the recent interview guest of Miles Schuman’s Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp and he revealed if he listened to any songs of the Mötley Crüe after he’s fired from the band in 1992.

Vince admitted that he never heard any of their songs in that 5 year period.

Here is the conversation, transcribed by Alternative Nation.

Schuman:

“I think everyone here will always agree that Motley Crue is the four of you guys no matter what lineup changes occurred. I’m curious though, did you really ever sit down and listen to the music that they made with [John] Corabi, without you?”

Vince Neil:

“To tell you the truth, I’ve never heard the record. Never heard it.”

Schuman:

“Never been curious?”

Vince Neil:

“I wasn’t even curious because what they didn’t tell you in the movie was within a month I had the song: “You’re Invited (But Your Friend Can’t Come)” with the guys from Night Ranger.

A couple months later I put out the exposed album, then I was on tour opening for Van Halen so I had no interest listening to the other guys because I was actually too busy. You know, they fired me because they said I was a race car driver, Well yeah I love racing but that wasn’t my job.”
