The iconic frontman of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe, Vince Neil has lately appeared on his nutrition and fitness coach Zane Griggs’ video podcast to talk about his intense fasting routine before the 2021 tour of the band.
As you might know, the great vocalist, Vince Neil, has been working on his body and forming himself with professional help for a while now, as well as her girlfriend, Rain Hannah, who occasionally posts from the gym.
Since Mötley Crüe has announced The Stadium Tour with co-headliners, Def Leppard, Poison, and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, for the next summer, Vince Neil unveiled that he got himself into a preparation process, though there’s almost a year.
Within his latest appearance on Zane Griggs’ ‘Hunger Hunt Feast’ video podcast, Neil proved that he’s come a long way, looking healthier and more fit compared to the last few months. The fitness coach of Vince has admitted that he’s filled with pride about him since he got right into the intermittent fasting faster than any other of his clients.
Griggs said Vince has made eating a low-carb diet a consistent part of his weeks as quickly as possible. When asked if he did that before, Vince Neil said that he does this routine before tours, yet, this time he started way early.
Here’s what Zane Griggs said about their work with Vince Neil and asked him:
“We’ve been working since November to get you ready for this huge tour coming up and I appreciate you coming on. Of course we took a break for Corona, but we’re back at it, get you ready for this, which could be the biggest tour in music history.
I just brag on you for a second. When we started working together I don’t think I’ve had another client get right into intermittent fasting and eating a low-carb diet faster than you.
You were just like hit the ground, running with it. You made it a regular part, consistent part of your week, each week, middle of the week. Is that something you’ve done before or was that your first time with like fasting and low carb? Is that something you used in the past?”
Vince Neil answered as:
“No I’ve done it before in the past, before other tours. But not now, as far away as this tour. This tour is now for another year. So I got a really early start.”
Zane Griggs announced this episode of the podcast on Instagram by saying:
