Nikki Sixx, the co-founder, bassist, and primary songwriter of the iconic band Mötley Crüe, shared a throwback picture with Vince Neil, the lead vocalist of the band, on his official Instagram stories from the old stage days when the two holding a chainsaw cutting a dummy covered in blood.
Formed in 1981, Mötley Crüe has been widely known for its extravagant live performances, which features flame thrower guitars, roller coaster drum kits, and heavy use of pyrotechnics like explosive bolts and fireworks among other things.
Nikki Sixx recently shared an old picture on his official Instagram stories with Vince Neil on stage while the duo is decapitating a dummy covered in blood. Alongside the stage props, both members of Mötley Crüe looked outstanding with their red and black leather clothes and long hairs.
Since the band is known for, especially in the early days, their stage props and performances by their fans, the throwback picture thrilled Mötley Crüe fans by reminding the band’s old days.
