Former Van Halen bassist and current Mammoth WVH frontman Wolfgang Van Halen shared some posts on his official Twitter page exposing a ‘fan’ who has been obsessively commenting on his music career and personal life for the past few years. In addition to revealing that the same person also accused his late father Eddie Van Halen of retiring, Wolf stressed that he can speak his mind on social media regardless of criticism.

As many of you know by now, Wolfgang Van Halen has been dealing with an immense amount of haters on his social media accounts. Many of the criticism is mostly based on his father, late Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen, and therefore, Wolfgang doesn’t hold himself back when it comes to defending his family against rumors and lies.

Due to his aggressive mannerism towards negative comments, the Mammoth WVH founder also receives endless criticism. Yet, Wolfgang insists on being unapologetic about his statements, arguing that anybody who feels uncomfortable with his social media accounts can simply unfollow him since he won’t change himself.

Although the musician has made it perfectly clear that openly expressing himself isn’t going to change any time soon, there is still a huge number of people who have been commenting on his actions. Recently, Wolfgang Van Halen shared a post on his official Twitter page revealing a comment by a fan who praised him while looking down on Guns N’ Roses and Wolf’s fragile attitude on social media.

Since his approach to negative comments is quite strict and simple, Wolfgang Van Halen once again said that if telling off ‘as*holes’ who criticize him over his family, personal life, and music, makes him emotional and fragile, then that’s fine with him.

That fan’s statement follows:

“He sounds good, what a great opportunity for Wolfgang to play in front of hundreds of thousands on this tour, especially playing before elite A-leaguer Guns N’ Roses who slowly becoming just a nostalgia act (Hint: we want new music.)

I hope Wolfgang just focuses on music and stops being fragile on social media.

Wolfgang Van Halen reacted:

“If telling assholes to fuck off makes me fragile, then so be it!”

Following his post, Wolfgang Van Halen shared another tweet exposing that ‘fan’ by revealing another comment made by him years ago. Apparently, the same person has been stalking and making such statements for years now. There was also one time when the fan claimed Eddie Van Halen and Wolfgang had retired. After realizing that the man is just a hater, Wolf blocked him but is still followed by him.

The hater once said:

“Stop it, they’re retired. Eddie Van Wrinkle is done… If they couldn’t even do anything to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Van Halen, they are done. Even Wolfgang Van Halen can’t motivate pops to put out new music.”

Wolf exposed him by saying:

“Fun fact: I recognize this guy’s name all the time. He’s in EVERY COMMENT SECTION that has to do with me EVER. It’s insane. Blocked him years ago when he insisted my father and I were retired when he had no idea what was going on in our lives.”
